ALUMNI STORIES

Meet Lisa!

After a long career with the Pittsburgh Police Department, Lisa decided to pursue a new path. In 2005, after graduating from PIMS, she became a licensed Funeral Director. She wanted to do something to help families in one of their greatest times of need and took a strong interest in restorative art. She took pride in providing families with comfort as her goal was to make deceased loved ones look as they did in life whenever possible. Lisa’s professional skills were greatly influenced by teachings from M Roger Walker, Dr Barry T Lease and Dr. Joseph Marsaglia Jr., all three of whom she considers mentors.

OK, now it’s YOUR turn! We’d love to feature you on the site. Share your story with us and let us know what you’re doing post-graduation now.
