You’ll: Lead day-to-day operations and provide strategic support to location managers and staff. Translate high-level goals into operational success across locations. Support your teams with coaching, performance feedback, and development. Step in to perform Funeral Director duties when needed, leading by example and reinforcing team unity. What you’ll bring 5+ years of experience in the funeral profession. 2+ years in a leadership or management role. Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and lead teams. Minnesota Funeral Directors Licensure (or ability to obtain). All Minnesota Funeral Directors must have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent credits Mortuary Science degree Dual licensure A genuine passion for service and community.
